Mr. Ji graduated from Anhui Education College in 1990, awarding a bachelor degree in UK Language and Literature. In 1994, he graduated from China Renmin University with a LL.B. in Civil Law. Mr. Ji is also a member of China Law Society, All-China Lawyer Association and Beijing Lawyer Association.

Mr. Ji previously was an officer, translator of International Liaison Department of China Law Society, the largest social and academic organization in China legal community, project officer of China Law Exchange Foundation. He organized delegates from legal community in China to go abroad for academic exchange and met visiting delegates from international legal community. He successfully participated in organizing China-EU Law Seminar, the 11th Conference of Asia Pacific Law Coordination and the 4th Employment Law Seminar of Asia Pacific Law Coordination. Invited by America and Asia Law Association of U.S.A. and Advocate Association of U.S.A., Mr. Ji visited U.S.A. for federal and states legal and judicial system of U.S.A. and practiced in a law firm in North Carolana. Mr. Ji has had an in depth knowledge of laws and accumulated extensive practice experience.
