Mr. Ju obtained bar qualification in 1988 and started legal practice from 1992. In 1993, he obtained the Qualification Certificate for Lawyer Practising Securities Law.

After obtaining bar qualification, Mr. Ju was retained as legal counsels in large enterprises and formulated internal contracting contracts, internal rules for clients and reviewed economic contracts and represented clients to lodge lawsuits.

From 1992, Mr. Ju started as a professional lawyer and provided services for restructuring, share transfer, establishment of share company, IPO, exchange, sale, purchase, reform of different class of shares of listed companies, M&A.
