Mr. Li studied at China Youth University

a one-year training in UK and Hong Kong.
Mr. Li previously worked for Legal Work
Division, Juvenile Rights and Interests
Protection Department of China Communist
Youth League, and participated in drafting
the Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency
Law.
From 1998, Mr. Li started his career
as a professional lawyer and worked for
several local law firms, Project Finance
Department of Clifford Chance in London,
Lamb Chamber in London and China Practice
Department of Clifford Chance in Hong
Kong.
